Feasibility Study
We perform a detailed assessment for development. Which includes due diligence, zoning analysis, and a comprehensive financial projection for your Real Estate Project.
Construction Synergy
We take responsibility of managing contracts, communications and bidding processes between contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, design professionals, and all parties involved in the project. This includes issuing RFPs, interviewing potential bidders and adhering to design parameters with Design Professionals, FF&E Management.
Punchlist
We conduct a meticulous final walkthrough, addressing any outstanding items and ensuring that all aspects of development meet the agreed-upon standards.
Planning
We collaborate with you and county officials to determine all permits and documentation needed for development. We develop a detailed scope and provide a roadmap for development with an in-house baseline schedule.
Construction Management
We supervise the execution of construction activities. Most importantly, ensuring that construction stays on the right financial track and project schedule. We carefully document and evaluate all change orders to ensure project goals are being met and is still on the right financial track.
Project Close-out
We help gather and protect all keys and documentation from development: warranties from contractors, appliance and equipment manuals, certificate of occupancy and final contractor/vendor invoice payment.
Budget Management
We work with you to develop a precise development budget. We provide value engineering throughout every aspect of the budget, to ensure all options for cost savings are exhausted without sacrificing quality and function.
Vendor Analysis
We compare and evaluate contractor and vendor performance engaged in the execution of construction, ensuring that the scope and contract documents and are being adhered to on the field.
