Brewery Row, a multi-family project designed by Canno Design Architects and developed by Callahan Ward Companies, features 63 stylish bi-level units that combine modern living with urban convenience. Nestled in the heart of booming Brewerytown in Philadelphia, this development is a testament to innovative architectural design and quality craftsmanship.

In our role as project managers, we delivered a wide range of services that ensured the successful completion of Brewery Row. We managed the activities of subcontractors and vendors on-site, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to project timelines. Our responsibilities included, detailed scheduling, and the preparation of comprehensive reports and meeting documentation. We facilitated clear communication among all parties involved and implemented strict quality control processes to maintain the highest construction standards. By overseeing daily construction activities and promptly addressing any challenges, we played a pivotal role in the making the Brewery Row project a success.
