Designed by Canno Design Architects and completed in 2018, The Master Street Houses blend the classic charm of townhouse architecture with contemporary features. These homes boast high ceilings, spacious backyards, and elegant roof decks, offering a perfect balance of style and comfort.

On three separate single-family homes, each with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bedrooms, we provided comprehensive project management services for renowned Philadelphia developer Callahan Ward. Our expertise included managing subcontractor and vendor activities on site, coordinating schedules to ensure timely project completion, and maintaining meticulous budget oversight. To ensure a smooth project delivery, we also facilitated effective communication between all stakeholders, prepared detailed reports, and implemented rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction, and also to ensure construction stayed on schedule.
